Senders
Businesses sending every day, and customers sending now and then. They want a fair price up front, a rider fast, and to see exactly where their package is.
For Farouk, Imran & Haiba · The Triple-Core · October 2026
Customer app, rider app, business portal for restaurants, pharmacies and vendors, an admin dashboard, and an AI agent that books deliveries from a single sentence. Built by Forge Growth for The Triple-Core.

01 · What you're building
Restaurants, pharmacies, small businesses and vendors enter what they need delivered, and TTC connects a verified rider to deliver it. Individuals can send packages too. Three groups have to love the product at the same time:
Businesses sending every day, and customers sending now and then. They want a fair price up front, a rider fast, and to see exactly where their package is.
Verified riders who want a steady stream of jobs, clear directions, and to see what they've earned. A simple app that works on lower-cost Android phones.
One screen to see every delivery, approve riders, set prices, confirm payments and spot problems before customers complain.
Businesses are where repeat orders come from. A pharmacy that sends 15 deliveries a day is worth more than hundreds of one-time customers. So from launch day, businesses get their own portal: saved pickup addresses, several deliveries at once, history and monthly statements.
02 · See it working
We built a working prototype of all four parts before you paid anything. Book a delivery as a customer, accept it as a rider, and watch it appear on the admin dashboard, all connected. The final look will follow your designer's approved designs.
In the demo, open Ask TTC AI and type: pick up from my pharmacy in Wuse 2, deliver to Gwarinpa
. Or try Pidgin: abeg carry food from Garki go Lugbe
.
Already made for you
50 seconds of motion graphics with an original Afro-house soundtrack and sound design, built in one night. Included free in both plans, and we update it with the final app screens before launch.
03 · What we build
Live tracking, online payments, automatic pricing and the business portal are often left for "phase 2". Here they're part of the first build, because a delivery service needs them on launch day.
04 · AI-first, never AI-only
Most delivery apps make people fill in forms. TTC lets them say what they need, the way they'd tell a rider on the phone. Normal tap-to-book always works too, so nobody is forced to use AI.
"Send 3 orders from my kitchen: Maitama, Asokoro and Jabi." The agent prepares all three bookings with prices, and the business taps confirm.
For busy shop owners and customers who would rather talk than type.
AI reads ID and licence photos, checks names match and dates are valid, and flags problems. Your team still makes the final decision.
"Which riders are free in Garki?" "How many deliveries failed this week?" Answers in seconds, from your live data.
05 · Timeline
Kick-off happens within 5 days of your yes. You'll have working builds on your own phones within the free 2 weeks.
Backend, accounts and login, "send a package", automatic pricing, the admin pricing screen. You get a working test app on your own Android phones and iPhones.
If you like how we work, make the first payment and we keep going. If not, you keep everything we built and owe nothing.
Rider app and verification, live map tracking, Paystack payments, the business portal.
Admin dashboard, the AI agent and assistant, push notifications. All apps on your phones for full testing.

07 · Guarantees
Not a sample. We start building your platform. If you decide not to continue, you keep all the code and owe nothing.
If a milestone is late because of us, that milestone's payment is refunded. The clock only pauses for delays outside our control: waiting on feedback, content, account verification or store review.
The code lives in a repository in TTC's name from the first commit, not handed over at the end. App store listings, cloud hosting and Paystack are in TTC's name too. You're never locked in.
On the Build + Year plan, if we ever stop supporting you during the year, the unused months are refunded.
08 · Included free, on both plans
A 50-second motion-graphics film with original music. Already made: watch it in section 02.
The TTC mark on this page. Use it, adjust it, or replace it.
Play Store and App Store screenshots and descriptions.
Share it with partners and investors before launch.

Real work on your platform: backend, accounts and login, the customer "send a package" flow with automatic pricing, and the admin pricing screen. It runs as a test app on your own Android phones and iPhones, so you can judge the quality and how we communicate before you pay anything.
You keep all the code we've written (it's already in a repository in TTC's name) and you owe nothing. No pressure and no hard feelings.
If a milestone is late because of us, that milestone's payment is refunded. The clock pauses only for delays outside our control: waiting for your feedback or content, Apple, Google or Paystack account verification, or store review times.
A team of four working in parallel, one React Native codebase for both Android and iOS, and proven building blocks for login, payments, maps and notifications. AI-assisted development speeds up routine work, and every feature is still reviewed and tested by a person. And we've already started: the demo exists.
TTC does, from day one. The code repository, Play Store and App Store listings, cloud hosting and Paystack account are all in TTC's name.
For ₦1.5M more (about ₦125,000 a month) you get 12 months of support and updates, plus the features that help TTC grow after launch: WhatsApp ordering, a ChatGPT app, analytics, scheduled deliveries, automated rider payouts, refunds, and Shopify/WooCommerce plug-ins for online vendors. If we ever stop supporting you, unused months are refunded.
Yes. We build your designer's approved designs as supplied. The demo is a prototype to show the experience. If some screens aren't ready, our senior frontend engineer designs them in your style so the build isn't held up.
Apple ($99/year) and Google ($25 once) developer accounts, and running costs paid straight to providers: hosting, domain, Google Maps, SMS codes, AI usage beyond free tiers and Paystack transaction fees. We give you a monthly estimate in week 1.
We note them and add them to the roadmap (included on the Build + Year plan where they're on the list, otherwise quoted before any work starts). This protects your launch date.
No. The rider app is tested on lower-cost Android phones and is designed to work with patchy mobile data.
The AI runs on Google Gemini, which has a free tier that covers early usage. As TTC grows, usage costs are small per conversation and are included in the monthly estimate we give you in week 1. The app works fully without AI, so it's never a single point of failure.
Fixing issues raised in the first store reviews is part of the build. We prepare privacy, data-safety and location-permission information carefully up front to avoid the common rejections.
60 days of bug-fix support is included. After that you can move to the Year plan or call us for work as needed. Either way the code is yours and documented, so any developer can continue.
Forge Growth is a team of four, so work continues. The code is documented and lives in TTC's repository, so you are never dependent on one person.
13 · Next step
Approval confirms the scope, the selected plan, the payment schedule, the guarantees and the responsibilities in this proposal. Work starts at kick-off. The first payment is due only if TTC chooses to continue after the free 2 weeks.
